Live Scan services refer to a digital fingerprinting system that captures and electronically submits fingerprints to government agencies for background checks. This modern approach replaces the traditional ink-and-paper method, providing a faster, more accurate, and more secure way to submit fingerprints for various purposes, including employment, licensing, and certifications in clinical lab solutions.
Once your fingerprints are captured through Live Scan, they are submitted electronically to state and/or federal agencies, such as the Florida FDLE or the FBI. This electronic submission not only speeds up the background check process but also eliminates the need to mail physical fingerprint cards.
As a result, Live Scan services typically process results much faster than traditional methods, with many results available within 24 to 72 hours.

It is an efficient, reliable, and cost-effective option for pre-employment, post-accident, or random screening.

The DOT 5-panel drug screen is a specialized test required for employees in "safety-sensitive" positions regulated by the Department of Transportation (including FMCSA, FAA, FRA, PHMSA, and USCG). This test is mandatory for pre-employment, random testing, and post-accident investigations to ensure public safety on our roads, rails, and skies.
Unlike standard screens, the DOT 5-panel uses highly specific testing tiers to identify both illicit "street drugs" and misused prescription opioids.

The 10-panel drug screen offers a much broader look at potential substance misuse. In addition to all the illicit drugs found in our 5-panel test, this screen adds five more categories, specifically targeting prescription medications with high potential for misuse.
